Artwork & Design Usage Policy
When purchasing any products that feature our designs or graphics, it is important to understand that you are only purchasing the physical item and not the intellectual property associated with the designs.
The purchaser or recipient of our products does not acquire any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, alter or modify our artwork or designs in any form, for any purpose.
The following is not authorized use:
- Commercial use or resale of our designs
- Creation of derivative works or altered versions of our designs
- Reproduction of the designs in any medium, including digital, print or on any other product
- Sharing, selling or distributing the designs in any way
Ownership and Protection of Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork and graphics featured on our products are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. These works are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing our products does not grant you any ownership rights to these designs or the intellectual property related to them.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs, whether in whole or in part, constitutes a violation of copyright laws and will lead to legal action.
Personal vs Commercial Use
Personal Use: You are welcome to enjoy and use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes wearing, displaying or gifting the products as they are intended.
Commercial Use: You do not have permission to use our designs for commercial purposes, such as producing items for resale, creating products for business use or incorporating our designs into marketing or branding materials.
